1Introduction

2Eligibility

Access to and use of et99 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. et99 is committed to preventing underage gambling and maintaining a responsible, compliant platform environment for all users in Bangladesh.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). et99 does not permit access to anyone under 21 years old under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local laws.
• You must register only one personal account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts registered on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of et99 or any of its affiliate brands or software providers.

3Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of et99 services including sports betting, live casino, and slot games, you are required to create a verified player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. et99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. et99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify et99 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be suspended without warning and all associated balances forfeited.
• All information submitted at registration must be truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure.
• You must complete any Know Your Customer (KYC) verification promptly when requested. Delays in KYC completion may result in temporary withdrawal holds.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

et99 supports fast and secure payment transactions for all Bangladesh players. We accept deposits and process withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed within the Platform cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. et99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal request. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider and applicable KYC status.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (subject to account tier and verification status).
• et99 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 for full bonus policy details.
• et99 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these T&C.

5Bonuses & Promotions

et99 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are credited to your account at et99's sole discretion and are subject to the conditions set out below and in the individual promotion terms.

Bonus abuse, including the exploitation of promotional offers through coordinated betting strategies, use of multiple accounts, or any form of collusion, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• All bonuses carry a standard rollover of 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire 7 days after the date of issue unless a different validity period is communicated at the time of the promotion.
• et99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice if abuse or technical errors are suspected.

6Responsible Gaming

• Match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of coordinated manipulation of sporting events or game outcomes in connection with bets placed on et99.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that gives an unfair mechanical advantage over other players or the Platform's systems.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or payment systems for financial gain.
• Engaging in any money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or other illegal financial activity through the et99 platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content available on et99.bet, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software code, game interfaces, text, images, and audio-visual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of et99 or its licensed content and game providers. This content is protected under applicable intellectual property laws and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from et99.bet without prior written permission from et99.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, et99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, data errors, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

et99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times; scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur, and et99 shall have no liability for losses incurred during such periods.

10Amendments to Terms

et99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to users. Revised terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these T&C periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of et99 following the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you object to any modification, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

11Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming and entertainment law.
